This project was 3D laser scanned for layout and precise fit.
Firestone aluminum anodized plate panels were installed on z-bar sub framing system on walls and front entry canopy. All panel joints were caulked and sealed to be a wet panel system.
Lower panel section consisted of powder coated flat sheet panels with mechanically attached stand-offs all precisely adjust to align in the same surface plane over 1100 stand-offs were adjusted and installed. Perforated panels were flat sheets then cut to an Amada designed perforation and then anodized. American sheet metal produced the perforated panels with Amada PEGA 345 machine.
